These products include heat pumps, high efficiency heating and cooling systems, indoor air quality products, smart thermostats and IoT devices that track AC health and water use. In 2023, ³Ô¹Ï51±¬ÁÏÍø companies sold $1.7BN in Energy Star and water saving products, and trained over 20,000 technicians through more than 790 courses.

Our mobile app empowers technicians to access technical support ensuring products are properly installed and refrigerants don’t leak. ³Ô¹Ï51±¬ÁÏÍø has implemented a carbon accounting system and the necessary tracking capabilities to manage and reduce our scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. We have already taken steps to reduce our energy consumption across our operations by completing energy audits, installing LED lighting and VRF systems at some of our branches, electrifying our forklifts and vans, and tracking and optimizing delivery routes for our trucks. We are currently developing an abatement plan and setting internal decarbonization goals.

Gallons of water saved and CO2e savings are estimated based on a methodology developed in collaboration with a third-party environmental consultancy, . Calculations reflect real-world scenarios wherein Alert Labs technology significantly contributed to the early detection of water leaks and prevention of water damage. Some of the factors considered include: leak volume; proportion of heated vs unheated water; water source: surface vs ground; type of power generation at building location and its impact on the environment.
